Shipping and return policies for Tempest Of Noise

Shipping Info
We ship goods worldwide (except Russia). Depending of the (physical) size of your order and country of delivery, we work with Bpost (Europe & World), GLS (Europe only) & UPS (World).

Long story short : the more you order, the better. If you order 5 or more vinyls at a time, your delivery is automatically insured. If you have any question, get in touch with Natha - natha@tempestofnoise.com

Belgium:

Delivery time is max. 2 working days upon receipt of payment.

EU Member States & Rest of the World:

Depending of where you live, the shipping costs can vary. You will see the exact shipping costs for each country during the order process or at checkout.

All of our prices are VAT included.

Unclaimed/Undeliverable Shipments (Belgium & International):

In the event that any shipment remains unclaimed or undeliverable at destination (i.e. the shipment is not picked up within 14 working days at a Bpost point, or at the local post office at the destination in Europe/World within 4 weeks, starting the day after notification of Tempest of Noise, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any fees incurred for return postage due:

Return shipping fee international: up to 25 €

Return shipping fee Belgium: 5 €

In order to reduce our delivery cost, we do not insure our packages (for now). If you want to insure said delivery, please send an email to Natha (he will give you an estimate) - natha@tempestofnoise.

We would like to change this as soon as possible, but we have to face the fact that insuring an international package cost three times as much as an economy package.

Return Policy
According to the European Distance Selling Directive, the customer (consumer) who acts for private purposes has the right to withdraw from the contract with Tempest of Noise.

Instructions for Consumers / Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods; or in the case of a contract where multiple items have been ordered within one order, and the items will be shipped separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last item of the entire order; or in the case of a contract where delivery of the goods takes place in staggered consignments or parts, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last consignment or item.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for delivery of tickets (in general) and for unsealed audio or video recordings. A product is considered to be unsealed if the protective film of the media bears a notice that the opening of this film is to be regarded as such an unsealing. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, by fax or e-mail). If you make use of this option, we will confirm receipt of such a withdrawal immediately (e.g. by e-mail). In order to ensure the withdrawal period, it is sufficient if you send the notification about exercising the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of withdrawal of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for a possible depreciation in value of the goods, if this depreciation in value can be traced back to you, with regard to the handling of the goods other than what is necessary, to ascertain the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
